This plan represents the first offering in S&C from the team here at Premier Endurance. Led by strength coach Dave O’Neill with input from head coach Jamie Blanchfield this plan will aid those looking for a baseline in the foundations of strength and conditioning.
The recommended plan duration here is 8 weeks in total comprised of 2 sessions per week. These 8 weeks will consist of home based, limited equipment strength work prescribed to you through a written plan and video resources. The downloadable format means this is something you can revisit for years to come!
