Strength & Conditioning
We are all aware of the role strength and conditioning plays in both our health and performance. Over the last number of year strength training has become more and more ingrained in endurance performance.
We see from numerous research studies and personal anecdotes from the athletes we work with here at Premier Endurance how S&C has played and continues to play a role in their performance. From preventing injuries, increasing exercise economy, building bone density and increasing peak power output among numerous other adaptations strength training is now an integral part of the all-round athlete.

This plan represents the first offering in S&C from the team here at Premier Endurance. Led by strength coach Dave O’Neill with input from head coach Jamie Blanchfield this plan will aid those looking for a baseline in the foundations of strength and conditioning.
The recommended plan duration here is 8 weeks in total comprised of 2 sessions per week. These 8 weeks will consist of home based, limited equipment strength work prescribed to you through a written plan and video resources. The downloadable format means this is something you can revisit for years to come!
